Gingham Nanny Agency is supporting a lovely, kind family in Potters Bar who are seeking Specialist Nannies to support their children following a road traffic accident.

Role 1: Specialist Nanny – 6-Year-Old Girl

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12.00pm – 7.30pm
Location: Potters Bar Area

We are seeking a Specialist Nanny to support a 6-year-old girl who was involved in a road traffic accident.

She has no physical injuries, but has experienced emotional trauma as a result of the accident. This role is holistic in nature and focuses on emotional safety, reassurance, routine and confidence-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing calm, nurturing and emotionally supportive care
• Supporting emotional regulation and confidence following trauma
• Creating a predictable, safe and reassuring environment
• Supporting after-school routines, play and age-appropriate independence
• Encouraging social development and emotional expression
• Working collaboratively with parents and other professionals
• Maintaining clear, respectful communication within the family

This role is ideal for a nanny who is gentle, intuitive, patient and emotionally present.
