About the Role:

Location: Near Newmarket, Suffolk CB9
Live-in Salary: £20.00 – £23.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Start date: ASAP
Working days: Monday to Friday, plus half day on Saturday.
Contract: Cover 5th June to 17th June ( more dates may be needed)
Role: A valued returning client of Gingham Nanny Agency is seeking an experienced and professional Live-in Housekeeper to support the smooth running of a busy, large private household. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards and enjoys working within a well-structured home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Full housekeeping duties across a large property
– Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation
– Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
– Managing household routines and supporting day-to-day operations
– Working alongside other household staff (including a cook)
Please note: No cooking is required in this role.

The Ideal Candidate:

– Proven experience working in large private households or estates
– Exceptional attention to detail and high standards
– Reliable, organised, and proactive
– Comfortable working as part of a household team
– Discreet and professional at all times
– Full UK driving licence required (car provided for work-related duties)
