The Gingham Complex Care Nanny course (Level 4) has been developed to support professional nannies who wish to move into the financially and emotionally rewarding area of specialist nanny work.
At Gingham Nanny Agency, we have over 15 years of experience working with families with additional medical and caregiving needs.

This course is designed for:

• Experienced nannies seeking to work with families experiencing challenging circumstances
• Nannies preparing for specialist or high-responsibility placements
• Childcare professionals wanting to strengthen their understanding of safeguarding, structure, and professional practice
• Nannies who wish to develop greater confidence when working alongside families and wider professional teams

Nannies successfully completing this course and passing their OCN assessment will be eligible to apply for Gingham’s specialist nanny placements, an opportunity to take on challenging but rewarding highly paid roles. This courses is OCN accredited, and can be combined with the age specialist nanny courses to become a full spectrum nanny.
