Gingham Age Specialist Nanny Courses (Level 4)

Do you want to take your nanny training beyond the common core, or develop skills with a new age range to open up your career to new placements and age ranges?

The Gingham Age Specialist Nanny courses (Level 4) have been developed to support professional nannies who want to become specialists in caring for

Infants (3 months to 3 years) or Children (3-11 years) or Teenagers (11-16 years)

Covering age-appropriate child development, supporting educational development in the home, healthy eating, safeguarding and working effectively with families, you will become a subject expert in your chosen age range.

This course is designed for:

• Nannies who want to take their learning beyond the common core
• Nannies who want to become age specialists in infants, children or teenage care
• Childcare professionals wanting to strengthen their understanding of safeguarding, child development, and professional practice
• Nannies who wish to develop greater confidence when working alongside families and in supporting the educational needs of children and young people in the home

These courses are OCN accredited, and can be combined with the complex care nanny course to become a full spectrum nanny.
