About the Role:

Vacancy: Part-Time Nanny / SEN Support
Location: South Mimms, Potters Bar (EN6)
Start date: Before July 2026
Contract: Holiday Cover only
School Holiday/Half Term Hours: 3 days per week × 3 hours per day OR 2 days per week × 5 hours per day
School Term Hours: Approx. 3 hours childcare at weekends
Role: A warm and welcoming family based in the EN6 area is seeking a kind, engaging and patient nanny/support worker to support their lovely 6-year-old daughter during school holidays and weekends.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a nanny who enjoys building positive relationships with children and creating fun, structured and nurturing experiences. The family is particularly interested in candidates with experience or understanding of supporting children with ADHD.

About the Child:

The family’s daughter is a bright and active little girl who enjoys:
– Gymnastics
– Swimming
– Dog walks
– Outdoor play and garden activities

Key Responsibilities:

– Engaging in fun and stimulating activities
– Supporting play, routines and emotional wellbeing
– Assisting with homework
– Encouraging confidence and independence
– Creating a calm and positive environment

The Ideal Candidate:

– Warm, patient and reliable & driver with own vehicle
– Experience supporting children with ADHD desirable
– Creative and engaging approach to childcare
– Able to work independently and confidently
– Non-smoker preferred
